Listening to Voicemails
Play messages and read transcriptions.
Accessing Voicemails
Go to Voicemails in the navigation.
What You See
Each voicemail shows:
- Caller number
- Date and time
- Duration
- Blue dot if unread
- Transcription preview
Unread Count
The navigation shows how many unread voicemails you have. The count updates when you load the page or play a voicemail.
Playing a Voicemail
- Click a voicemail
- Click Play
- Audio plays in your browser
Use the progress bar to skip around. Playback works on any device.
Reading Transcriptions
The transcription appears below the player. It's generated automatically, usually within a minute of the message being left.
TIP
Transcription quality depends on audio clarity. If the text seems off, listen to the audio.
Marking as Read
Voicemails are marked read when you play them.
FAQ
No transcription showing? Wait a minute. If still missing, the audio may have been too short or unclear.
Can I download voicemails? Not yet.
Can I delete voicemails? Yes. Click the delete button on any voicemail.
Can't hear audio? Check your volume. See audio troubleshooting.
