Top up your account to make calls.
How to Add Balance
- Click your balance in the header
- Choose an amount:
- $5 (minimum)
- $10
- $25
- $50
- Click Buy
- Complete payment on Stripe
Your balance updates once payment is confirmed—usually within a few seconds.
Payment Methods
We accept via Stripe:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
After Purchase
- Balance appears in your header
- Transaction shows in your history
If Payment Fails
- Balance is not added
- Try a different card
- Check with your bank if it keeps failing
Viewing Your Balance
Your balance shows in the header. It updates after calls end and when you add funds.
Transaction History
See all purchases and call charges:
- Go to Settings
- Click Transaction History
Each entry shows date, type, amount, and balance after.
FAQ
What's the minimum purchase? $5.
Can I set up auto top-up? Not yet. Purchases are manual for now.
Are there bulk discounts? Contact us for orders over $500.
Can I use PayPal? No. Stripe only (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
